All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Canada. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Refund Policy
Booked Up Blueprint (regular program or VIP) has a 30 Day Try-it Test-it 100% money back guarantee within 30 days of purchase. If you feel it isn't working, get in touch. Show me you have made a sincere effort to take action and follow the program, and you'll be refunded in full with any future payments cancelled (if paid by payment plan).

NOTE: you MUST to do the work to be eligible for a refund and/or termination of contactual future payments. This program is designed for the practitioner who is ready to see change so please only invest if you are committed to showing up. By sincere effort, I mean you are actually following the program and doing the work: you have watched the trainings, completed the worksheets, implemented, shown up to the coaching calls, asked questions when needed. The work is not hard but you DO have to actually take action on this course to see results.

We try very hard to make it clear what this course is all about with detailed program information and a thorough FAQ so you are able to be as certain as possible that this program is right for you. There are no refunds or termination of future contractual payments (payment plans) for buyer's remorse, changes in your personal or professional situation, if you no longer want the program, if you decide you don't have time OR if we see you have gone through the program modules without completing the associated module work (due to copyright and intellectual property issues).

For digital products and self-study courses, because we provide all content as soon as you purchase, these are non-refundable.
For 1:1 coaching contracts, a refund on the unused portion of coaching calls will be provided within 14 days of sign-up for those who do not feel this is the best fit for them. Simply show you've done the work discussed on the calls and made the effort and a refund will be provided. After 14 days, there are no refunds.
